“Es un hotel nuevo. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa y con muy buenas vistas. La cama, muy cómoda. Desayuno completo. Cenamos allí las dos noches porque próximo al hotel no hay opciones para ir a pie, un día de carta y otro bufé, y recomendamos el menú a la carta. Personal muy atento. Los amenities están en bolsitas biodegradables, lo cual me parece un detalle y un plus con respecto a otros hoteles. Respecto al personal, todos muy bien, pero especial mención al barman del rooftop”

“We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.”

“Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere. Ohne telefonisches Anfordern eines tuktuk geht nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber wenig geschult. Die Zimmer wurden in den vier Tagen (von zwölf gebuchten) nicht einmal gemacht. Expedia sollte darauf hinweisen dass es ein prima geignetes Hotel ist für einen stop over in Kandy aber als Standorthotel eher ungeignet.”
