Very good hotel and the staff were very helpful. Only thing that held back a 5 star was the hard as a rock bed. Room was great and the location was ideal. Short walk to transport, food and shopping. If you love seafood you will love Niigata and the eateries around this hotel.

駐車場がないので、ホテルの建物のすぐ横に止めることになりました。 私がホテルに入った時、スタッフがあくびをしていました。新人スタッフへの教育が現場で直接行われるので、非常に聞き苦しいです。 古い建物使っているので、水道の蛇口が非常に使いにくかったです

2泊しました。新潟駅から近く、徒歩圏内に美味しい食事処がありました。スタッフの方々は丁寧で快適、また清掃スタッフの女性の方が隅々までお掃除してくださり、ゆっくり過ごすことができました 今回ネットで申し込みしましたが、電話やホームページでの申し込みだと、朝食付きだと知りました。事前にわかれば良かったと思います

飲み屋街の中にあるので、夜は路上が騒がしい点だけが残念ですが、この手の問題はどうしようもできないのでそのほかについて… 新潟駅から少し歩きますが、付近工事中なところもあり、少しわかりづらいかもしれません。ヨドバシカメラの先を右に曲がれば大丈夫です。コンビニは裏手にいかないとありません。 館内について、多少古さを感じる点はありましたが、不備やマイナスに評価するところは一切ありませんでした。数泊させていただきましたが、何一つ不自由なく過ごさせていただきました。また絶対利用させていただきたいホテルの1つになりました。またお世話になります。
