I was not a big fan of this place. Not super clean in some part of the room. Terrible AC placement. They only have one laundry machine and it's hidden in the onsen section forcing you to walk shoeless on a semi- wet floor.

アメニティも豊富でお風呂も綺麗、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。ホテルに専用駐車場もあり近くにコンビニやドラッグストアもありました。初めての新潟旅行でしたがとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

フロントスタッフの対応は良かったが…

冷蔵庫に掃除で使ったタオルが入っていた。フロントへ電話し掃除してもらったが、掃除のチェックが甘いのは確か。これ一つで色々な信用ができなくなってしまう。フロントスタッフは出来る対応を必死でやってくれたが、それだけにこの件は惜しいと思う。
