“All the information was sent to us with enough time. The place was clean and even the cabin was a bit small it was really cozy. The location is amazing and the views give an impression of privacy and nature.”

“Several heads down staff were anything but helpful. Older woman at checkin was unhelpful and heads down most of the time . Sad to see this historically friendly hotel now staffed by a number of very unimpressive people. Older women at dinner and younger professional woman at breakfast being the exception.”

“Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great.”

“Seashell cottage in Cromarty was just what we were looking for . A cosy ,practikal dwelling in a beautiful Scottish town . We have no problems recomending Seashell to other holiday travelers. ”

“Everything we required but big mention to the efficient and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile on their face and a sense of humour. So, so appreciated. Thanks”

“Gracias”

“I checked in about 7:00pm and my Booked room had been given to another guest. I was given the “last” room - a twin with basin in the room (tells you how outdated it was). Website also clearly states bar is open till 12 for guests. By the time I picked my partner up from Inverness airport and got back to hotel about 11:20pm (both looking forward to a “refreshment” after her delayed flight) everything was closed down for the night. Poor accommodation Poor service from staff giving a specified...
