“Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!”

“Very helpful staff to pre-book parking (a real bonus in Harrogate!) and have the space reserved. Check in process was very quick and slick. Room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price!”

Llegamos pronto por la manana y dejamos las maletas alli, cuando llegamos de vuelta a las 5 o 6 de la tarde, la habitacion no estaba lista, cosa que no me parece correcto, ya que era bastante tarde. Cuando nos dan la habitacion despues de esperar unos 15 minutos (ya se que no es mucho, pero lo dejo como dato) resulto que en el bano no teniamos toallas, decidimos bajar mas tarde a pedirlas, ya que como veniamos de viaje nos tumbamos un poco, y fue...

“The room was immaculate and the staff very attentive. The breakfast was amazing, with so much choice, and the bar was a lovely, relaxing area with very helpful bar staff. Our afternoon tea for two was delicious and very refined. We also loved the Agatha Christie connection to the hotel and it was lovely to see other guests dressed up in Agatha Christie era outfits. The things that were a slight negative were the lift, which was incredibly slow and there was a lack of plug sockets in the...

“We were here for a wedding. Everything ran like clockwork and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One word of warning, if you have mobility issues make sure you are on a floor serviced by a lift”
