“Do not stay at this Hotel. I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. There was no double or triple glazing so it felt like I was sleeping by traffic lights (the fact was sleep was impossible). The room should have been used as a storeroom, but yet, $180...

“Conveniently located with a restaurant that you can eat breakfast and dinner”

“Todo muy bien. El personal de la recepción excelente.”

“El personal muy amable, muy bien ubicado y tranquilo ”

“An attractive historical building in a great location with a very good price compared to other places in Brisbane. The room I had was well furnished with a television and a fridge. There was a balcony too although not much of a view. Although the front desk wasn't serviced 24 hours a day, they did have an intercom next to the front which you can call and they had keys in a safebox above the intercom. “Overall, the stay was fine. I stayed for 4 nights. Good internet service. Easy access to the hotel. Good location. A recommendation for anyone who is going to book here is that do not forget the credit card, otherwise do not let you enter the room.”

“Muy buena elección para viajeros solos o en pareja ”

“Not in the prettiest area of Brisbane, but so close to its airport it is an excellent option when taking an early flight, so it was the second time I booked it for this reason + the parking + the modern decoration + the same nice and helpful girl at the reception! In addition to the Kingsford's there are also a couple of good breakfast restaurants a block away, which I couldn't go to this time. The nearby gas station to fill the tank of a rental car is also a welcome addition...”

“Habitación casi sin ventanas en la parte posterior del edificio. Mucho ruido, las paredes que separan de la habitación de al lado son de papel y se oye cualquier cosa. Mala señal WiFi. Todo el hotel necesita reforma”

“Excellent hotel - something a little unique. Well located, friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend.”

“La habitación limpia, el personal amable, es un hotel viejito pero muy bien mantenido, y muy bien ibicado”

“Great place to stay! Perfect hosts Bryce and Lindsay made our stay feel relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a stay!”
