Always excellent, room, beds etc my only feedback is not to send a text at 8.30am to say checkout is ready when it then wakes up the person who's trying to have a sleep in from a late night and checkout isn't until 11am.

We had the best stay ever. Our rooms were awesome, we had to change rooms as we chose to stay another day and the same room was not available. So clean and comfortable with the best views of the Ekka. The staff went out of their way to help us (bought us dinner with their own money when our door dasher dumped our food on the side of the road). Breakfast was so yummy as usual. Had the best stay. Thank you. Will be back again next year.

Oh my god, our rooms, as we decided to stay an extra night and had to change rooms, were top notch. They were amazing as usual, we stay here a lot. The view from our arena view room, really was an arena view room. The reception staff, were totally amazing beyond belief, we had trouble with our door dasher, they went above and beyond to help (paid for our order out of their own pocket, can you believe that). Everything was amazing, from the staff, to the room, to the view, the cleanliness. So, so, so very happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

From the moment we arrived to final departure, the service and friendliness from the staff was amazing. We felt very welcomed and nothing was a problem. We had the Executive Suite overlooking the Showgrounds. It was very spacious, very clean and so comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to attend the Caravan Show over several days. Each night we dined in the restaurant as it was so good. Their steaks are the best! We certainly wouldn't hesitate staying again. It was so handy, so comfortable and overall a great pleasure.
