“Very close to shops and restaurants walkable. Friendly staff”

“El hotel funciona en un edificio antiguo que solia ser una cerveceria y es realmente precioso pues han incorporado elementos modernos a esa arquitectura. Estaba bien ubicado a 600 metros de un paseo maritimo en donde habia una buena variedad de restaurantes muy bonitos. El espacio (contratamos un departamento de dos habitaciones) era generoso y muy elegante. Destaco (porque realmente me impacto) lo comodas que eran las camas. Volveria a alojarme! ”

“The place was filthy on arrival, linen and towels were dirty / hadn’t been washed, a cockroach was in the bed and linen had marks and stains on them. Disgusting.”

“Great hotel, we stay often. Good location & nice, comfortable rooms”

“Tidy rooms, convenient hotel parking and access. Right near the tram lines/train station but no noise either!”

“In general the place is not very clean. The carpet was very dirty. We found the brown insects dead in the bedroom and some others appeared during the night. The room was well equipped and staff was friendly. ”

“La ubicación ”

“Great location, clean and quite new. We would happily stay here again.”

“Excelente atención y limpieza”

“This was my second stay in 6 weeks, so I guess that speaks for itself. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Excellent location. Quality bedding and linen. Generous size room stocked with crockery etc…for a comfortable & convenient stay. Great complimentary products. Onsite secure parking. Has become my number one choice when staying in Newcastle.”
