“Advertised check-in up to 22:00, yet only personned to 19:00. Had to provide my credit card details to use the lockbox. If a corporate booking, I'd have had to stay elsewhere, as I don't know the company credit card details. Otherwise, fine, and good value for money.”

“Muy agradable y un desayuno excelente al igual que la atención del personal”

“The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep.”

“Just came back after a 2-night stay. The place was easy enough to find and we didn’t struggle for parking either, location is great. However, as it is self check-in there isn’t anyone around. “Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby.”

“It was a great stay”

“Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay.”

“We checked in late as we were only staying one night to help my daughter move out of her dorm. We didn’t bring any of our soap and shampoo since we thought they would have it. The room had no soap or shampoo in the room. It was too late to get it from the front desk so we lived without. Other than that the room was fine. There was an odd sliding door next to one of our beds. Someone opened it from the hallway in the morning. That should be more secure.”

“Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. Open plan so couldn’t make it completely dark… luckily had my eye...
