Very clean room, staff was excellent and friendly, close to Times Square and lots of good places would definitely stay here again

Located in an ideal part of town with super accessible transportation - buses, trains, cabs, etc. The staff is courteous, friendly, very helpful and efficient. There are many different room levels (silver, bronze, gold) depending on the level of renovation (the gold being the most updated,) however all three levels are clean and great.

Very small but clean & comfortable room. Excellent location for exploring NYC. Subway close by. It’s a contactless hotel but staff present and available as needed.

Not much would not go back

I never experienced in my life such a terrible Check-In process in my life. I arrived late at nigh with my family, including 2 kids. I did the on-line check-in and had to call someone to get the Room # and Access Code. For my surprise I had to pay another 35 dollars to finalize the check-in, setting-up another digital platform. Long process that took me more than 30 minutes to be able to access the room. This is the perfect example on how to create a lot of friction in a terrible moment to the Customers. To add on that bad starting we got to the room and the bathroom had dirt in the shower floor, tooth paste dirt in the sink and the 2nd bed was not set with bed linen. I will never book at this time of Venue in NYC anymore! Just consolidated Hotel Channels now on!

Small rooms but excellent location and public spaces

A good hotel located near many points of interest; it doesn't have much space, but for the price, it's fine.
