Vacations Close To Buccleuch Park

Like the location just outdated.

Although the stay includes a complementary breakfast, I would not bank on that. The breakfast bar was very busy and packed with people. People were eating standing in the hallway. The room was clean and staff were helpful and respectful. The AC in my room did not seem adjustable, it was slightly warmer than I would have liked, but MUCH better than the temperature outside that day.

No elevator and small room

Heather did a great job cleaning our room. Breakefast at Freedman was good. Yogurt was amazing. Only complaint is the size of the juice for kids.

Air conditioning worked great the staff was friendly but the rooms had no mini fridge rooms were clean

The check in staff and those that served breakfast and helped with storing luggage were great. The breakfast itself was good but maybe not worth the extra fee. Location was great! Easy walk to time square and a bunch of other nearby sites and subways. However, The elevators were not working properly on the night before check out and the morning of check out. We ended up walking from the 15 to the 28th floor to avoid a huge line up and then walking the entire 28 floors down in the morning. No communication was sent out, lots of questions but none of the staff seemed to be prepared to handle the situation. Understand that sometimes things are unavoidable but multiple elevators were down and there was no coordination.
