“I can't say enough positive about the staff at Seda. I'm sorry there are only five stars. The staff went above and beyond to answer questions and help with transportation. They were always so friendly. THANK YOU. I HOPE MANAGEMENT RECOGNIZES YOU!!”

“Excellent all around”

“This was a first time at Citadines. Very clean and luxurious. The apartment-style suite was very nice and quiet too. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bacolod.”

“The place is very nice and quiet. Very conveniently located to where we need to be. The rooms are clean and beds were super comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming!”

“This is the best place I have stayed in the Philippines (out of 20+). Great room, service, facilities, food, staff.”

“The property is clean and the service is great. Host/staff are very responsive and accomodating.”

“Robinson mall is undergoing renovations. It's located next to the hotel. Not much to offer in the mall. No designated smoking area except the open main street. No cover no shade just open sun or rain”

“Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies”

“Huge room. Clean and nice”

“Hébergement simple et pratique. Climatisation bruyante et sans thermostat. La réception a mis du temps à trouver ma réservation. Parking au voisinage possible.”

“The room was good enough for me, clean and organized. Should have supplied an extra roll of toilet paper just in case guests decide to not avail of daily cleaning. Water on hallway where water dispenser is is flowing into path. Breakfast is really good but staff. need to be constantly check beverage dispensers if full.”

“👍”
