Best hotel in Bacolod and staff are amazing. I got to the airport and realised I’d left my passport in the safe. They had it to me in half an hour and I was still able to catch my flight. I’ll be back next year!

Staff was excellent. Amenities were great. The AC in both rooms I was in didn’t perform as to be expected. Despite several visits by maintenance staff. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay. I will be returning, to hopefully working AC.

The room was spotless and neat! Everything in its place. Staff were very helpful and always carried a pleasant smile! Lots of shopping and restaurants close within walking distance! This is by far the best hotel in Bacolod City! It is situated next to the sm mall with a private entrance near the elevators. There are lots of places to eat, easy access to atms, supermarket, pharmacy, and taxis. The breakfast buffet is a must! And the staff is very helpful with any needs to make your stay better. Also, the bar/ cafe known as dash is open 24/7. The room is spacious, clean with a mini fridge. The bathroom is very modern and up to date with clean towels daily. Love the pool too!
