Our room was thoughtfully designed, combining luxury with practicality and comfort. The three-course dining package offered exceptional value, with high-quality food that exceeded expectations. Location is another major advantage, with easy access to Walsh Bay, The Rocks, and King Street Wharf, making it an ideal base for exploring Sydney. I’m not a complainer but the wait time at reception was far too long I probably waited with my mum and kids at reception for 25 minutes at reception on both occasions and staff at reception let another person push in front of me. The person who pushed in complained about not being able to get into the room and the long wait were offered a late check out. We were not. We were not able to get into our room until after 3. My elderly mother had to sleep in warm clothes because our beds were not made with a top sheet only a fitted sheet and no extra linen in the cupboard. One of the fitted sheets on one of the beds had a hole in it too.

QT Sydney is a remodelled old department store. It is quirky, multi levelled with some lifts going to some floors & other lifts going to the others. The rooms are well appointed, our 11th storey room is a decent size with desk and chair, 2 x lounge seats, king bed, fridge, Nespresso, mini bar, cocktail maker, decent storage, safe and bathroom with twin basins, shower and a round bath. The dividing wall between the bath and bed area has a sliding wall enabling you to Watch the Tv from the bath. There is a bar and 2 restaurants on site, both close around 9-10pm which makes it a touch annoying after a days travel to not get a drink or food when you arrive at 10pm. That said, there is a limited late-night supper menu but the only drinks available are from a local retailer or the mini bar. The staff are lovely and very friendly and actually ‘make’ the place work well. In short, if you like quirky, you are in the middle of Sydney’s shopping scene, you could do a lot worse!

Was an amazing stay! Travelled round Melbourne and Sydney whilst in Australia and definitely the best hotel we stayed in! Definitely would recommend to others staying in the Coogee/ Bondi area

The rooms are outdated but still a nice stay with amazing location and view. The staff were outstanding in every way. HOWEVER do not book through Expedia! I had the worst experience and will never use them again. Book through the property itself!

Super cute boutique hotel with lots of in room amenities - even a washer/dryer! Staff was very friendly. They were happy to accommodate our luggage as we arrived before the check-in time. The hotel is a very short walk to the Bondi Pavillion. Lots of shopping and dining in the immediate vicinity.
