Room 211 was riddled with issues. I only stayed 1 night fortunately. The shower door was on a track and wouldn't stay closed so I had to place a bottle of bodywash to keep it shut. By morning I figured out the coffee marker couldn't be plugged in so I moved it to the desk. Finally, the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. I informed the desk clerk at checkout. She said thanks for letting her know but didn't offer an adjustment for the inconvenience. I will never waste miney there again.

Some days are very busy. Some staff nice but some not warm with customer.
In website they said about back office, not it's not updated.
Services need to be improve and more flexible to accommodate the customer.
Perfect for family, a lot of amenities around.
