Nanuet Hotel Rooms at the Independent

Farley clean, much better than most visit at 4 stars hotels). Great for longer staying as they do have a bigger refrigerator and in room microwave. It was an easy stay. We ll see: I have to go back for two more nights. Will update! So far, so good.

Bear in mind that this hotel is not a Doubletree anymore, though it is listed that way on Expedia and elsewhere. The hotel was very nice. The room was new, modern and bright. Great views of the city. Trying to find a place to park was a nightmare. My only gripe about the hotel was in the bathroom. There was no hot water adjustability. It was either cold or hot. Other than that, very nice place to stay

It was a great place to stay i stayed two days.

Some of the big dining and relaxing areas in the hotel were very nice.

Property was a bit dated. Also no free breakfast. But it was clean and comfortable.

Nice location. The rooms have all the basics. Good overall.
