Hotel was a nice stay. My biggest and only complaint was we got all of these $12.30 charges every night we were there. We call and no staff could even tell us what the charges were very odd would not stay again due to that

Rooms were clean and satisfactory, the staff is courtesy and helpful, Breakfast was difficult to get on a quick in and out, the shops good. Overall the experience at the hotel has been consistently good although the signage to need to be a bit better to follow, especially to room towers and restaurants.
