Property and All Staff were Excellent Housekeeping is terrible, always asking for towels never getting facial clothes. Come from golf and needed to shower before dinner always having to ask for towels

We were traveling in a group and we found bed bugs in our room on the 2nd floor and our family found bed bugs in their room on the 9th floor. We did receive a refund after a long complicated process. Some of the staff were rude when we approached them with the issue and laughed in our face and asked why we didn’t see this issue before like it was normal to have bed bugs. The women told us we could not have a full refund at first. Then we asked for an incident report and had the night manger come out and he took the issue seriously. He is the only reason we got the refund.

The check in process is horrible !! The is no bell hop , no carts ready or available. We were told to look on a room floor maybe someone left one in the hall ? The parking is horrible if you can find any . The hotel it self is dirty and out dated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
