Vacations Close To Mystic Mountain

Estuvo bien sólo que le agreguen un poco más de calidad a los alimentos sería sólo para el desayuno lo demás bueno.

Everything was perfect

Great location, right on the beach and close to the airport.

My stay at RIU Ocho Rios was disappointing in a few areas. Overall, I would rate the experience 5/10. I booked an ocean-view room, but upon arriving at room 3533, I found that it only offered a partial ocean view. When I called the front desk, the lady I spoke with told me to go onto the balcony and glance to the right to see the ocean. This response was concerning, as nowhere on the website when I booked did I see it explained that an “ocean view” could mean a partial view. The room description should have been clearer. I then paid to upgrade to a beachfront room, only to encounter problems with the door lock. After dinner, we reported that our key wasn’t working and was told maintenance would come to resolve the issue. After standing outside our room for approximately 15 minutes, we happened to see two maintenance workers, who asked if everything was okay. We explained the situation, and they attempted to fix the lock. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred the following morning. It was only after I submitted feedback through the app that someone came and replaced the lock completely. The food selection was also disappointing. As a local guest, I would have appreciated a wider variety of Jamaican dishes. Much of the selection seemed geared toward American cuisine, and I felt there could have been a better balance. Clearer room descriptions, quicker resolution of maintenance issues, and more variety in the local food offerings would have made a significant differ

Great stay no complaints at all

Food was very average, upon check in i arrived 2 hours later than check in, my room was not ready and they couldnt/wouldnt tell me when it would be ready. Had to keep going to counter to ask. Too many locals, made for disrespectful vacationers
