There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.

Breakfast was huge and fine. Convenient, beautiful view. Keith and Joe provided good service. Saturday night the hotel was full of drunk, loud wedding guests laughing and talking in the hall. I had to say "Please, people are trying to sleep" twice between 11 pm and midnight. The grounds and porch are gorgeous. Don't get a room off the porch. Even though most of the porch is roped off til 10 am, several people on both days stepped over the rope and sat talking loudly outside others' room The hotel needs to hang a sign from the rope saying something like "Closed: ,quiet zone until 10 am". I took a shower and couldn't find the hairdryer. I looked through all the drawers of the bureau and nightstands and under and around everything. I called down to the front desk. The receptionist said, "It will be in a drawer if it's not in the bathroom." I looked again - 15 minutes of looking and calling. At the second call, Emily? who was very courteous, immediately brought one up in a black velveteen bag. I found the dryer the next day - 7 feet up, on top of the coat shelf, on top of a large folded blanket. We'll probably stay there again, but on the quieter 3rd floor, end of hall.

We absolutely loved our stay at Stonecliffe! One of the best Inn/Resorts where ever had the privlege of staying. Incredible staff, rooms were beautifully appointed, and the grounds were amazing. Highly recommend!

Excellent hospitality and comfortable stay! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience truly enjoyable.

Very nice and clean room. Got the king suite with a lakeview and view of town and absolutely loved it. Had a nice balcony to sit on as well. Bed was very comfortable and room had to rooms to it. Very comfortable place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Dingy, dirty, hot. room smelt like a mix of sweat and chlorine. Given a room right above the water park. Very outdated. No breakfast provided even though booking said breakfast. Waterpark is grimey. outdoor pool aging and murky water. Said beach access right across the street but its not. Location is convenient in the main downtown area. Overall not worth the money and lots of false advertising. Not even remotely close to the experience I thought we had booked
