Staff member who worked the evening of 7/27/26 was very disrespectful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he said no without any regard. Plastic covering doorway for renovation. No daily housecleaning.

The lobby area was very impressive. Beautifully decorated with an elaborate mural on one wall. However, the room I stayed in was very dark. Very little natural light and low artificial lighting made it feel cave like. From the photographs on the Expedia website, I was expecting a more superior and luxurious room. The staff were very helpful. As far as I’m concerned it wasn’t worth the price I paid.
