Overall was a good time, great location, it would’ve been nice to had entertainment, hotel is clean , my room had excellent views. Pool bar was great, Hiram was great very friendly.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Employees where helpful with information to be inquired. Beautiful beach and pool area. Rooms where clean.. location was perfect middle of candado and old san juan . Had a blast with the family .

We enjoyed our stay at the Caribe Hilton. This is usually my place to stay when visiting San Juan. We had a beautiful ocean King views, spacious. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and sitting watching the ocean waves. Just beautiful 😍

When we visit Puerto Rico, this is the Hotel we always stay at. The hotel is like tuck away from everything else. The beach and pool access is excellent. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We haven’t experienced anything unpleasant so far. We always feel safe in the hotel property and in the surrounding area.

The property was very nice and relaxing. The structure is a bit dated but still comfortable. However, the costs for everything on the property, whether it be drinks, food, snack shop, even to hold bags in lobby was out of line. The deli steps across the street for simple needs was a fraction of the cost.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel\. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly, and respectful\. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable\. I also loved that the hotel has a Starbucks and restaurants on\-site\. The food was delicious, which made our stay even more enjoyable\. The only small issue was that the pool was a little dirty at times\. Since there is a pool bar, some guests accidentally spilled or dropped their drinks in the pool\. I think the pool area could be checked and cleaned more often\. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay\. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again\!
