Service and check-in was not good. Elevators were horrible and there was no staff available to coordinate a better elevator experience. My room smelled like mamajuana and housekeeping cleaned my room once in 3 days.

Everything went OK except there was power outer and elevator wasn’t working for 2 days we have to use the service elevator

I am disappointed with the service during my recent stay. The room was not cleaned regularly, and I frequently ran out of basic supplies like toilet paper and towels. Housekeeping only cleaned on the day I checked out, which is unacceptable. I hope you improve these standards.
