Vacations Close To Death Valley Nut and Candy Company

The rooms were great and very clean and comfortable beds. We rented a cabana. The staff was very, very slow. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks a few times. They ran out of a lot of alcohol. They were not serving food. We arrived on a Saturday. We went to a restaurant at the property. The food was great, but the service was extremely slow. It took us over 30 minutes for someone to take our order and then over 35 minutes to get our food. There’s an opportunity for them to improve on their speed of service and the empathy from their staff for the lack of service. Everyone else in the casinos and in the bar they were amazing. Half the elevators did not work and several times we had to wait 15-20 mins. That was very annoying.

Terrible unsanitary rooms

My check-in experience was fantastic. I was offered a variety of options from paying for early check-in to the type of room (aside from what I had reserved). I took the clerk’s recommendation and was given a pool-side room facing strip. Excellent view — as it was almost directly across from the Bellagio. Only down side, I was working so I was in my room most of the time and the pool had a party vibe from about 9/10 am until 6/7 pm. Without any other noise in my room I could definitely hear it. Without any other some background noise I was largely able to tune it out. Note, when I spent time at the pool, I enjoyed the lively experience. The room was spacious, including a sofa which I assume also turned into a bed, a small table for eating, a desk/work area and ample storage for luggage and clothes. There is a mini-fridge as well, however NO in-room coffee. If I were to return, I would much rather have a view of the Sphere which is an option.

The stay was enjoyable and staff were very friendly. We did have an issue with the TV and the maintenance tech showed up within 5 minutes and fixed the problem within minutes. Our overall experience was Excellent.

Horrible experience at Paris. I paid for a room with a king size bed and didn’t get it but Paris kept my money. The room was hot and carpet was filthy. The wait for check in was 40 minutes and the internet is horrible. They only allow you to connect 2 devices. I asked for room service to clean my room early in the morning and it got done after 7 pm. Won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. This resort fee does not cover the experience.
