Great experience and the location is perfect. If your interest is to see the Vatican, this is the place to stay. If you plan on going to the Pantheon or Trevi fountain from here, go early.
(We rented scooters at 4:30am)
The food at the breakfast location is phenomenal. It’s a 2 minute walk from hotel. Many options on the menu and if you don’t have a paper voucher for breakfast contact the host for a voucher and it will be provided.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

the mattresses need replacing because they are uncomfortable; should be more variety at breakfast; and the air conditioning doesn't cool the room enough.
the staff is very attentive -especially the Cuban gentleman at the entrance- and the area is safe and perfect for walking to the Vatican, with may restaurant nearby the hotel price is good.

Great staff - everyone was nice and helpful. Loved the laundry option. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and had all the amenities and then some. Highly recommend & would def stay there again!

Great hospitality!! May need to bring a magnifying mirror for those with dwindling near vision as there is no magnified mirror in the bathroom. But otherwise all amenities are perfect!!

It is a very clean hotel and modern. Located right near the metro. Great restaurants in the area. Emil, staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay
