Vacations Close To Fayetteville Lincoln County Museum

The room had a great location and we felt very safe walking to and from our destinations.

Very high customer service especially a shout out to Rachel. We will be back soon.

Great location and a nice room, but service needs improvement We stayed at Noelle in Nashville last weekend. Was the room nice? Yes. Is the location solid? Absolutely. But the guest service needs attention. At 11:23 PM, I received a text saying I needed to come to the lobby because I had supposedly not provided a credit card at check-in for incidentals. Yet I had. I texted them back a copy of the credit card transaction processed upon check-in. First, who texts a guest at 11:23 PM about an administrative issue like this? Second, why wasn’t their own transaction checked before contacting me? It didn’t end there. We had two more interactions with the front desk, the second of which was not necessary. Also, Our travel companions received no housekeeping on two of their four nights and had to go to the front desk, twice, to get the room cleaned!. Sure, A nice room and a good location matter, but so does taking care of your guests. Noelle needs better communication and more consistent service. I wonder if Nashville is past its prime?

Having a fully equipped apartment was fantastic, really enjoyed the space and being self sufficient.

It’s a very nice hotel when the AC in your room works. Had to change rooms at 10:30 pm with no help from the staff other than handing us new room keys. First and last time I will stay there.
