Location is the best in Charleston! It seemed as though Fitness center is in transition. I would expect a more polished look once finished.

Their pre-emptive, pro-active attention to pragmatic difference making details just made EVERYTHING easy. From water, to umbrellas, to coffee, to in and out flat rate valet parking...easy, with a smile.

We've been traveling for over 30 years and this was one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed at. Our stay in Charleston was absolutely wonderful! The entire place was super clean, my wife said the entire place smelled wonderful. The staff was terrific. The boys that took us anywhere we wanted to go in Charleston at no charge with the hotel Jeep, were so great. The waitresses at the roof top restaurant, the front desk staff and everyone that worked there were so friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast delivered in a small picnic basket every morning was great. Our suite with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1- 1/2 bathrooms and cathedral ceilings was so beautiful. What really made our suite over the top perfect was a fully furnished rooftop balcony, but balcony doesn't do it justice, this was the full length of our suite with double glass doors in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. It made walking into the suite from the hall breathtaking upon every entrance. We did not want to leave. A wonderful experience from when we first walked in until the valet gave us our vehicle to go home.
