“Hotel was worn down; everything gives off the vibe of a management that is not very interested in its upkeep. My colleague arrived late and couldn't work the automatic check-in. The 'helpline' numbers listed didn't answer. He ended up having to book a new room on the internet while stood out there in the cold and rain at 1 AM. “Location is the best thing about Ibis! We only had to walk from the bus station, no crowds, no noise. The view around the hotel is also a plus! The staff were all helpful and always doing their best. They always know what the clients need in every weather or season you go there. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety to choose from. We would definitely stay in Ibis next time we go back!”

“We had a wonderful family vacation at the Black Bass Hotel. The staff were fantastic and we received a very warm welcome. The view and the swimming pool is fantastic and we were also grateful to the staff for helping book a boat tour on the lake. Our skipper Jeremie was amazing too. The spa was also amazing and the therapists offered great treatments (amazing sports massage). We would like to thank the amazing team at the Black Bass Hotel for making our stay so special.”
