We had an excellent stay at L’Impérial Palace. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located in a spectacular setting on Lake Annecy. The rooms and public areas are in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The reception team, bar staff, breakfast team, and valet parking staff were all professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their service consistently exceeded our expectations and created a wonderful atmosphere. I would especially like to thank all the members of staff who were working from July 14 to July 18. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would be very happy to return.
