The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful arranging transportation, and for general information.

The Belltown was a perfect one night stay before our cruise. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything you could want to go see is within short walking distance. We enjoyed walking down to the water and over the Space Needle. They have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise terminal for a very reasonable fee.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!

Kitchen was out of commission (no working cooking appliances) so had to dine off premises. No one was at the Valet parking counter so we needed to park next door at Westlake mall.

The hotel was great, I loved the decor and vibe. We had never stayed in that area of Seattle before though, probably won’t stay there again because of that. BUT if you like the University district, then you should definitely stay there.

Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.

The hotel is larger than I imagined. And beautiful. AC worked great, bed was comfy, and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The parking fee of $30 isn't great, but you do what you have to when traveling. I ate at the restaurant "Bite" and it was great. Every member of the staff there was friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had, even about traveling in the area. I will book there again.
