“Acogedor ”

“Staff checking us in seemed as if she hated her job. We did not feel welcome at all. Bed was uncomfortable.”

“Excelente servicio e instalaciones.”

“En general bien, sólo las molestias de la remodelación”

“Todo muy bien excelente la limpieza ”

“Clean rooms. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Close to downtown Nationwide Arena and softball fields for tournaments. Security cameras on premises. No issues with our stay for 2 nights.”

“Good service ”

“Me hospedé de jueves a domingo y ni un día entraron a limpiar ni siquiera cambiaron tohallas ”

“Very clean and comfortable, but there were issues. The restaurant and bar never opened as scheduled last night. It was part of the reason for paying more to stay at this hotel. Shampoo bottle was empty in shower. And the exhaust vent did not work. I had booked a room that slept three people, suppose to have pull out couch, and that did not exist.”
