Vacations Close To Mount Filina Complex

We drove from Arizona and stayed at this hotel to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday because it was within walking distance to the Hofbrauhaus, which was our ultimate goal. Our room felt like it was a mile to the elevators (10th floor). We were not advised how to reach our room from the parking garage (elevator only went to 8th level). Staff directions were very confusing! Our daughter and family traveled from Utah to join us; however, they were put in a different tower (we had no idea there were separate towers and we couldn't use theirs.) Her room had next to zero air conditioning and the hotel staff were unwilling or unable to switch her room to our tower. Although our room was very nice, absolutely nothing was free and you had to be careful not to touch anything or you would be charged for it whether you drank/ate it or not! Checking in and checking out was a nightmare; only 2 staff members available and they were very slow. Food was extremely overpriced. Bottom line, we would not stay here again.

The entire staff assisted and made our week long family trip such an a Amazing trip! Great attention to details and superb customer service! Thank you Mark the bellman, Mark and Sophia from Korea at the front desk, Jane at the pool, the entire housekeeper staff that worked the 6th floor, all restaurants and poolside employees!!! You were all fantastic!
