Personally, my family and I had a horrendous experience at this location. Me and my family decided to go to a hotel for my daughters birthday. Our check in was at four PM, so naturally we arrived at around two o'clock just to be sure - better safe then sorry, right? Once we arrived, we were immediately met with attitude from the woman at the front desk. After a bit of talking, she told us that our booking was cancelled because my card was not updated. When I booked the hotel room, I chose the option to pay at the property. They said they sent me an email to update the payment information, however because I was so busy, I did not get the chance to check my email. Even though I booked around week prior, the hotel told me that they were so packed that they gave my room to another guest because they prioritized those who stayed longer. I asked for the lady's supervisor and they said the manager was not working on weekends. I was so frustrated, tears started slipping. While I was complaining to this woman, I could see clearly that she was holding back laughter like my discomfort was something humorous, how rude! Not only was I extremely embarrassed because my daughters were watching me, I was also sad because I felt like my daughters whole day had been ruined. Overall, did not have a good time and will not be returning in the near future. This was supposed to be a fun day, the kids were excited, but it ended up being an awful day for everyone.

Clean room but needs an update.

Staff were lovely

The hotel is clean and the staff helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were furnished well and in good repair. The hotel lacks its own restaurant but two good restaurants are adjacent to the property. The stay was quiet ppl and comfortable.

Staff are awesome the only request when u travel with kids . We check in friday nights and check out mo day morning. we notice in the weekends is very busy but breakfast serve are less like there is no pancakes nor fruit loops cereal but monday morning they offered pancakes and fruit loops which is doesn't make sense you guys charged more money in the weekend than weekdays right?other than that is all good.
