“Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent both at breakfast and at the bar. The tv in the room could be somewhat bigger with more channels available and a box of tissues left in the room would be welcome. Overall a very nice experience.”

“The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot. There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this. Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good. A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.”

“Lovely accomodation within easy access of A30 and Exeter. Comfortable, quiet room. Lovely breakfast in cafe below. Second stay here, and will be back when we visit the West Country.”

“No lift. Staff helpful and polite. Clean however my bathroom needs the tiles re-groutting and bath needs re-sealing. Slept well. Food good. Only short drive to many interesting places.”
