“Fue un hotel que escogimos para hospedarnos por su cercanía al aeropuerto, lo cual fue muy útil pues nuestro vuelo era por la noche y nuestra hora de llegada era posterior al check in habitual. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente al llegar y hacer el check in. Considerando que llegamos en la madrugada, esto fue un gran alivio. Ayudó mucho a que tuviéramos la energía suficiente por la mañana para iniciar nuestro recorrido por Londres.”

“A good hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Evening restaurant meals were okay with a pretty "standard" menu with an odd approach of staggering restaurant sittings for larger groups. The location is somewhat out of the way which makes getting there a little difficult without a car. Rooms do not have air conditioning and do not come with a fridge which I would have expected given the prices for rooms. I would stay again if visiting the area...

“This hotel is very good with excellent amenities. The issues that we had to come to terms were: the room we stayed in with window facing the passage way and noises from the people seating outside; the parking spaces were very tight and limited.”

“Hotel normal. Le hace falta una remodelación en los pasillos, alfombras, paredes, luces de los pasillos. El aire acondicionado no soplaba. Tuve que pedir 3 abanicos para poder dormir bien. No vale lo que pagué, es la verdad. ”

“The bar maid was very argumentative. We told her we had a reservation to which she informed us that they do not take reservation for less than 6 people. When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it. Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting.”
