“We had no wifi in the room, Had to sit in lobby to do anything on the phone. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. They were not able to resolve either issue in the 5 nights we stayed there. The kitchenette had no stove or hot plate. Also, they charge you if you don't wash and put away all the dishes. Room service came to make our bed only 1 day despite us putting a notice on the door to make our room. Also, we booked a snorkeling tour and were not told that there was a $140 booking fee...

“No contact with staff other than email. Room wasn’t serviced to expected standard. Tradies working from very early in the morning. Older place that needs some refreshing.”
