“I did not have hot water, the front desk did not come check for herself, she switched my room, the next room was the exact same issue. The next morning the other front desk person told me to reach out to Tinesha the manager of sales to help with reduction of accommodations, I left several messages and I still never received a call back! Needless to say I won’t be staying here again.”
