Vacations Close To Monumento Natural Barro Colorado

My flight was 8 hours late getting in. So on the plus side, they didn’t cancel my room. But checking in at 5:15am, I asked if I could get a late check out. She said I had to ask the day staff. So after 3 hours sleep, I called and asked them if I could extend my check out. They said yes, but I had to go do it right then. So much for getting any sleep

I loved my stay here I’d come back here in a heart beat the next time I’m in Panama. The staff, customer service, amenities, suites, pool, and everything above. I felt so safe and cared for here thank you so much.

Amazing

The only saving grace of this property was the staff—front desk check-in, the restaurant waitstaff, and the valets were all professional and polite. Unfortunately, everything else was a complete disaster. The entire place falls far short of acceptable standards, and the photos in the app are heavily misleading and do not reflect reality.
