The king-size bed was neatly made; the bathroom, mirror, and tub was clean, as was the microwave, refrigerator, and all surfaces. In addition, the floors were debris-free.

The room is filthy, the shower had mold in it. The sheets are stained. We left and went and got a room at Holiday Inn express. A refund would be the appropriate thing to do.

DONT BOOK HERE.

No one was in the lobby when we arrived and sat in there for over 20 minutes til someone came out (btw once he came out he already had a attitude). They refused my service and also was rude to not only me but other customers who paid their money ahead online for a room.

Undesirable Stay

I am sorry to say this hotel is in very poor condition with no amenities. Room was absolutely filthy, mold on walls and shower, no irons/ironing boards, no working live television (only streaming), no soap, no shampoo, no servicing of the room, and homeless folks hanging out in stairways.

Mold everywhere. , bathtub leaked at seama all over floor , staff refused to provide more than two towels at a time in a room with four guest , booked double bed ended up with only one , was the only place available to escape hurricane Milton unfortunately I found out why it was the only one available, it able to do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else, wish I could add a photo of all the black mold under the sink and elsewhere
