“We enjoyed our stay at Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa. On the first day, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff we met were all pleasant and very helpful. The spa facilities were good, with the pool, sauna and steam room adding to the enjoyment, though the lockers could use attention. “Curtains needed a clean, some dubious marks on them. Bathroom in room 1 is accessible but the shower pan isn't deep enough and floor was swimming. A few little bits of decor need looking at and the door to bathroom don't stay closed unless you lock it The fan in the room was very noisy and also wobbly”
