hotel says non-smoking, but you can smoke in the garden areas right outside your room. so your room ends up smelling like smoke. found 3 cockroaches in my bathroom one night.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Great views. Swimming Pool and fitness room with free weights. Good value for the price. Staff was super helpful, professional, and polite. walking distance to a few eateries, cafes, and mini-marts. Would stay again. 5/5

Excellent place to stay in Phnom Pehn . Highly recomendable. The location, the amenities, the staff, the food at the restaurant, everything is great !!!! This hotel is located in an old Villa, in front of the Royal Palace, which a lot of history in the a Cambodian society.
