“Hotel was decent. I would have wished that they had informed us about the pools inaccessability BEFORE we committed financially to the booking. That was a tad dishonest. But, the staff were professional, although housekeeping needed to do a better job at communicating with one another and updating each other on matters. The Hotel is in a good location, the rooms could be a bit updated. It was a bit of an anticlimax from what I am used to for the price. But, all in all, faily decent.”

“Después de 16 horas de viaje, tuve que esperar una hora para la habitación (llegando sobre las 14). Un viaje de negocios sin wifi en la habitación (por más que me decían todos los días que lo arreglarían). Se nota poco mantenimiento en las habitaciones.”

“The facilities are not good enough to my standards; nevertheless, the personnel of the Hotel is fantastic, all of them are kind, warm and helpful, if I come back there will be because of them not because of the hotel.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the pool was a lovely temperature.
We did have a couple of ‘niggles’ whereby upon checkin there was an old bed-frame and mattress outside our room which we had to ask to be moved.
It also wasn’t made clear that there would be building work going on at the hotel when we booked. This was very close to the pool area which meant there was constant building related noise from around 8am until 6pm. It wasn’t a massive problem...

“It was so nice to have a clean, cool and comfortable room after a day out in the heat! The restaurant is not air conditioned, but has ceiling fans. The food is exceptional! The breakfast is a buffet with an omelette station. I will stay here if I ever need to be in the area again!”

“We were forced to check out a day early and move to another hotel because our rooms were infested with mosquitoes. The restaurant service was equally disappointing — although the waiters were present, we were completely invisible to them. We had to go looking for service ourselves and were basically ignored throughout our stay.”
