“We loved our cabin and had a wonderful stay! It was cozy, comfortable, and we would definitely come back. The only minor issue was that a few areas could have used a little more dusting, but overall we had a great experience.”

The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure.”

“This was not one of our best stays. We made our reservation 2 weeks prior to going and when we got there they did not have a room for us. They put us in a room for someone that was going to check-in the next day. The air filter in the room was dirty and we had to get them to change it. We couldn’t get onto the WiFi until the second day because they never changed the name on the room. I asked about it and was told I could use the other person’s last name. I said absolutely not and the name needs...

“This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. ”

“The check in process was VERY smooth. Great communication! The condo complex is not a new one, but it's in good condition. Loved the different pools and the proximity of the beach. The location is VERY convenient. Comfortable beds. We LOVED the Sugar Shack snack bar. This is our third visit to Sugar Beach!”
