Loved the location. Rooms small but clean.
The bell hopes were so very helpful. Answered all our questions, looked after our luggage. Arranged our car to the airport.
We did not have breakfast as there was many places outside the hotel we enjoyed

Clean bed, helpful staff, charming lobby and and beautiful antique details around the hotel. Rooms we stayed in were a little out dated but still perfectly comfortable. Will definitely stay here again it was absolutely perfect location to access Broadway shows in every direction. Easy access to trains. Food *everywhere* 10/10 walkability.

Room and facilities were unclean. I used the gym daily and staff would be there cleaning up from the day before at the height of the morning rush. Totally inconvenient for the staff and unsanitary for guests. Hair in my bathroom as well.
