The staff was great. Charles made sure we had a smooth check in. The rooms were clean & it was a perfect place to stay.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Great hotel bar and shout out to Karen, a great bartender. Gym was also very updated and not a lot of equipment but useful nonetheless. Rooms are very very very small but comfy bed and clean. Would definitely recommend.

This Inn is a beautiful old building with a long history. It is located within easy walking distance of downtown Lexington with all its history. The Inn had wonderful rooms, a great staff and a top rate restaurant all in one place. Highly recommend!

The Charles Hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the amenities felt genuinely upscale. Staff were accommodating and allowed us extra time to check out, which made the end of our stay stress-free. On-site parking was a huge plus, and the location couldn’t be better — just steps from Harvard Square, with great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast started out with a variety of breads and spreads by the end of our forth day it lacked the variety and it wasn't replenished. Only one elevator in the building so it took time to go up or down. Close to public transportation easy to get to downtown. Not very many restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.
