“We loved this property and area as a whole and to be in Sherborne was fantastic anyway, and so close to the Abbey was beautiful in itself. The in-house staff were brilliant and very helpful too with anything we needed, but I’m afraid the general up keep of the building and facilities in Room 1 (family size) were poor in places like broken fixtures and fittings etc, like the cracked toilet seat lid, the broken (and not working) shaving light and shaver power socket on the mirror in the bathroom...

“My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. “Room was spacious, great shower. However the room we were in (an upgraded room) was over the kitchen and every morning at 7am something started up and all we could hear was the hum of it which is annoying when you would like a lie in.
