“日本の伝統建築を用いつつ、自動ドアがあったり、広く場所をとってあったりして使いやすい工夫があって良かった。段差があるので、足下が不安な人は要注意。ベッドの部屋だったが、シモンズのマットなのがとても良かった。食事も地元の魚や果物を使っておいしく、温泉の大浴場も気持ちよく使えた。部屋に温泉露天風呂があったので夜中と朝に使ったが、湯船が大きな壺で面白かった。イソヒヨドリの縄張りらしく、朝はイソヒヨドリのオス（お腹が赤い）に威嚇された。　”

“It was amazing. My toddler, friend and I enjoyed the experience. Our building was so beautiful. My friend and I enjoyed the onsens so much. My toddler loved feeding the koi. The futons were pretty comfortable. We used the onsens so many times. My friend liked the outdoor one since it isn't as hot as inside but i didn't mind. I tried the public bath at night and there were spiders in the room. They were big. It was nice to use too but better if there weren't spiders but it makes sense why they...

“The architecture was beautiful and sophisticated - Very Japanese and very clean. The rooms were the best we experienced in Japan. The food was impeccable. The Onsen was gorgeous. The service beyond five star. Yes go and experience this hotel it is truly amazing!”

“館内に入った瞬間からリゾート気分を感じられる素敵な雰囲気です。フリーフローで提供される飲み物やスナックも美味しかったです。バイキングの夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。バルコニーからの海の眺めもきれいでした。今回はあいにく雨でしたが、次は季節を変えてまた伺いたいと思います。”

Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead”

“部屋もきれいですし、スタッフの対応もとても親切で良かったです。特に料理は、地元の食材をふんだんに使い、品数も豊富で、全て完食しました。大満足でした。夕食だけでなく朝食も充実した食事でした。”

“従業員の方がほぼ全て外国の方。しかし、日本のおもてなしを純粋に努めて下さるところに心温まる。大浴場にはボディシャンプ－、シャンプーリンスはあるが、アメニティは最低限(歯ブラシぐらい)。各部屋で必要な物(ポット、浴衣)は受付で借りれる。近隣にはコンビニがないので、必要な物は揃えて持っていく必要あるが･･･とてもシンプルで過度のサービスなし。心地よい潔さを感じる。”
