The property was miss represented in its photos. The area it is in is very sketchy. The outside of the hotel is very run down. The widows were dirty, mattresses were up against widows. The hotel is in need of a major redo.

Abbie at the front desk was fantastic from our arrival to our check out! Very friendly and accommodating! Our room was perfect, very comfortable bed, nice shower and had the amenities we needed for our 2 night stay. Although parking is off site, it wasn’t as painful as we thought it would be. Walkable to the beautiful harbour front and dozens and dozens of restaurants! That being said - our room service both morning from the hotel restaurant (The Eatery) was fantastic!

Great room in handy location for a first night in Nova Scotia. Great that there was a restaurant on site.

The guest laundry machine’s definitely need updating. The pool washroom could use a little refresh. The location worked well for us as a base. Would definitely stay again.
