Loved this stay. Clean room and public areas, unique design featured throughout elevated the experience. Was really nice to have connecting room options so the whole family could enjoy their beds at different bedtimes. Staff was welcoming and the breakfast provided was a great feature of local options. Everything was beautiful. They set out a variety of amenities for their guests to have for free, which includes granola little bags of chips, little pieces of chocolate, coffee, tea, water there’s a little fridge in our room that we could keep things in the bathroom was beautiful and clean.

A 180 year old house was brought back to life. Beautiful, spacious rooms in light colors. Wonderful bathroom and the breakfast was superb. Homemade granola, crusty bread, egg bites. It was a wonderful find and we highly recommend staying for more than just one night.

The owners have obviously poured a lot of time, effort and love into the property. Breakfast was superb, with everything from egg bites to prosciutto and yogurt, and many things gluten-free. Bathroom was excellent and heated floor much appreciated. One suggestion: Those with tricky backs and knees will not love Room 10, advertised as “Sunny Queen/Twin Bunk Bed.” The queen frame is on the floor, like an old-style futon, and we seniors struggled a bit to get up off it in the middle of the night, and manoeuvre around the loft ladder and legs.

This was quite possibly the best place I’ve ever stayed on vacation ever. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff that we met were wonderful. The whole house was just beautiful. If and when we make it back to Nova Scotia, I’d really like to come here again!

Our room, #6, was excellent! It was spacious, well-appointed, super clean, and as my wife said - cute! She utilized and enjoyed the sauna. We stayed for 4 nights, and the lite breakfast each morning was a great start to our day exploring the surrounds. It was a very comfortable experience and there were several ‘comfortable’ restaurants nearby.

We really liked this place. It was one of those places where we walked in and thought - Oh, the adults are in charge! Seriously, they have curated a great bed-and-breakfast hotel that hangs together from the moment you enter until you leave. Lots of small touches - a community frig if you need to store something, tea and coffee pots in common areas, games, cards, books - that make a stay memorable. Room was super comfortable and clean, breakfast was nice and the staff was uber-friendly. Our first morning, they heard we were going to the Bay of Fundy and gave us a couple of mud towels to help keep us clean. Just nice people and a nice experience.
