Great food at some wonderful restaurants. Recommend Romano's Italian and Mexican restaurant and Aunt Mary's Soulfood Kitchen. The food is amazing and the people are even better.

Not much in Milford, just not too awful far from the beach if you find yourself booking late with most hotels all filled up.
